DLPTM actualizes the digital optical processing by

using the digital micromirror chip (DMD) as its key

components. Its principle is to collect light by an

integrator (Integrator), make the light uniformity, then

to divide the light into-R, G, B through a Color Wheel,

finally to display color image on the DMD by lens.

With the synchronous signals, the digital signals in digital rotating lens are changed into gray tighter together with three colors -R, G, B to display color, finally, image is displayed on the big screen projection through the camera. nLighten display utilizes the most advanced 5-color color wheel with Red, Green, Blue, Cyan , and Yellow. The color gamut covers 125% of the NTSC’s broadcasting standard with 24bit true color. nLighten know-how and DLPTM Technology makes images come alive.

In todays world saving energy is paramount. DLP Displays consume 30-50% less energy than other technologies. Power consumption for 60-inch and 70-inch displays are 225 Watt and 260 Watt respectively.
